do u really need to "cleanse" ur colon? i would advice u to eat 2 apples every day or any other fruit which would clean ur digestive system adequeately. just stick to natural fiber sources.
unless u have a medical problem which requires this procedure u need the bacteria in ur colon to absorb nutrients n to prevent infections.
dont waste ur money on these things. they do more harm than good.
If it's the same brand, then where you buy it doesn't matter. There are natural cleanses you can do at home--green vegetables work better than anything else to clean your colon naturally.
HSS is right. There's no reason at all to cleanse your colon. There's absolutely no truth to the idea that certain foods stay in your body for a long time unless you do a cleanse.
Fiber is always a good idea. It will make you feel better if you're having a problem. Personally, I like adding wheat germ to my breakfast shakes.
